Postural assessment and remedial sports massage treatment: £45

• Allow up to 1.5 hours for your appointment, which includes discussion, postural assessment, range of movement testing, massage treatment and follow up advice on stretches and / or exercises to do at home.

Remedial sports massage: £40

• Allow 1 hour, which gives time to complete paperwork and discuss your problem fully before moving on to range of movement tests and the massage treatment, then finishing with advice on exercises and stretching to do at home if appropriate.
