How long does an appointment take?

The very first appointment for those who have not been before usually takes between and hour, and an hour and a half. Subsequent appointments after that are an hour.

What should I wear and will I have to undress?

Loose fitting, comfy clothing is best. Shorts and a t-shirt work well, but don't worry if you don't have these, we can work with what you have. Some treatment can be carried out through clothing, but as a rule, the areas that need treatment will need to be exposed, so some undressing is necessary. You will be draped with towels or sheets as necessary to keep you warm and everything else covered up. Briefs or pants must be kept on please! I will always discuss with you what you are comfortable with.

Are the oils you use vegan?

Yes, I use vegan Songbird liquiwaxes and waxes. All the cleaning products, such as surface disinfectants, washing powder and conditioner, are all vegan and not tested on animals.

How to pay?

Payment is by cash or card please.

Do I have to make an appointment or can I just turn up and wait?

All appointments need to be booked beforehand. Please contact me to book. Please note that appointment availability is currently very limited, and I am unable to take any new clients at the moment.

What if I'm poorly?

Please don't attend your appointment if you are unwell. Please contact me as soon as you can to let me know you need to cancel, you won't be charged. We can book you back in again as soon as you are well again.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact me to cancel as soon as you know you are unable to attend your appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at a half rate.

Appointments due to illness will not be charged, but you must still inform me that you cannot attend.

To try to ensure the fair and smooth running of the clinic, missed appointments, whatever the reason, without informing me, will be charged the full rate.
